My favourite breakfast is to have an over-easy fried egg on a pancake. Lots of butter. Break the yolk and let it run all over the pancake. I usually just put syrup on the very last bite. What you’re saying is really no different – just waffle instead of pancake. All that to say, “I AGREE!!!!!”
